Design Solution

Please note that the details of work process and contents are kept private for confidentiality. However, brief duty summaries and final screens can be shared.

In this 11-month project, I joined the team as a UX/UI designer in an Agile Scrum environment, collaborating with other designers to revamp the platform. I assisted the team in revamping three key parts of the e-banking platform: the login page, landing page, and transfer page.

Since Hang Seng Bank had a new digital design system, we used their guidelines and picked the right components from their library to create high-fidelity designs. Then, we presented to the governance team to ensure everything matched with the design standards.

  • Login page
I collaborated with the team to simplify the login page by providing design options for discussion.

  • Landing page
Assisted with the design lead to contributed UI ideas to enhance the landing page. I created various prototype scenarios to ensure the design met business needs.

  • Transfer page
I created a straightforward step-by-step flow for local transfers (input, verify, complete). I shared the entire flow with the team for feedback and also provided potential unhappy flow and error cases to ensure the user experience.
